Ms. Grace Stewart
Assistant Headteacher of Secondary Pastoral
Ms. Grace Stewart is entering her eighth year at Regent International School, bringing with her over 13 years of teaching experience across both the UK and the UAE. Originally from Ireland, Ms. Stewart studied English and History at University College Dublin before completing her PGCE in Secondary English at Aberystwyth University. She began her teaching career in North Wales, before moving to Dubai in 2017, where she has worked across both Primary and Secondary, always with a strong focus on student well-being and pastoral care.
Throughout her career, she has been guided by a simple belief: that young people thrive when they feel truly seen, heard, and supported. This philosophy has shaped her approach as an educator and leader, influencing her work as a former Positive Education Lead, Year Group Leader, and now as Assistant Head Teacher (Pastoral). She is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment where students can grow into capable, compassionate individuals.
Beyond the classroom, Ms. Stewart is a mother of two young children. She finds balance through reading and well-being practices, which she weaves into her professional role, modelling care, consistency, and resilience. Her personal and professional passions align at Regent, where she is proud to help build a community that values strong relationships, student voice, and holistic development.
