Swimming Lead
Baylie is a former competitive swimmer from North West England with extensive experience in coaching and sports leadership. He serves as Site Lead and Head Coach at Academy Levels and holds a Sports Coaching degree, alongside ASA Level 1 & 2 qualifications. A qualified PADI diver, Baylie has successfully expanded the Sunmarke swimming squads to 170 students and led the teams to achieve higher league rankings.
